B.R. Goyal Gains on Rs 867 Million NHAI Toll Collection Order

B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Limited shares rose 1.72 per cent to Rs 118 after the company secured a work order worth Rs 867 million from the National Highways Authority of India for user fee collection on National Highway 76 in Rajasthan.

The order covers fee collection at the Simliya Fee Plaza at km 409.680 and the Fatehpur Fee Plaza at km 461.290 on the Kota–Baran section of NH-76, spanning km 388.263 to km 492.322. In addition to toll operations, the scope of work includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items.

The contract, awarded by a domestic authority, is to be executed over a period of one year. The company clarified that neither its promoters nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding authority and that the order does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

B.R. Goyal Infrastructure is engaged in the construction and execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges and buildings across India.

On a full-year basis, the company reported a 15.1 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 251.8 million in FY25, despite a 13.4 per cent decline in net sales to Rs 5.10 billion, compared with FY24.
