Construction work to begin on Lucknow’s first grid road system

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will begin construction of its first grid road system as part of the expansive IT City project in July, covering 2,858 acre between Sultanpur Road and Kisan Path. The project has gained traction through active land pooling, with 39 landowners across five villages contributing over 185.95 acre free of cost. The master plan for IT City includes 5,000 residential plots ranging from 72 to 200 sq m, along with larger plots for group housing.
