BCPL Railway Infrastructure Emerges As L1 Bidder For Eastern Railway

The procuring entity is Eastern Railway, Sealdah division, and the counterparty is a domestic government railway organisation. Execution will be subject to applicable technical, safety and regulatory requirements and to inspections specified by the procuring authority.
