A 40-metre girder has been successfully launched using the Full Span Launching Method (FSLM) over the Vadsar Road Over Bridge in Vadodara for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project, according to updates shared on the National High Speed Rail Corporation’s (NHSRCL) official X (formerly Twitter) handle.

The launching activity was carried out over a key urban corridor that handles more than 100 train movements and nearly 70,000 road vehicles daily.

As per NHSRCL, the girder launching operation was completed in 2 hours and 13 minutes.
