Deendayal Port Ties Up For Kutch Green Hydrogen Park
The MoU was signed by Sushil Kumar Singh, Chairman of Deendayal Port Authority, during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Rajkot. According to an official release, the partnership aims to empower micro, small and medium enterprises, generate employment for youth and accelerate decarbonisation efforts.
As part of the collaboration, Deendayal Port Authority will develop the Kutch Green Hydrogen Park with plug-and-play infrastructure. The facility will enable industry partners to set up modular green hydrogen production and storage units, supporting India’s net zero ambitions and clean energy transition.
Separately, the port authority has completed the full rollout of its Enterprise Business System, marking a key milestone in its digital transformation journey. The system went live with all modules on 1 January and is expected to reduce the cost of doing business, improve supply chain visibility and enhance ease of doing business for port users and stakeholders. The launch was attended by Singh and Nilabhra Dasgupta, Deputy Chairman of Deendayal Port Authority, along with senior officials and technology partners.
