As per news reports, Amazon India will invest Rs.20 billion in 2025 to expand its logistics infrastructure, upgrade technology, and enhance employee welfare. The move aims to improve delivery speed, modernise fulfilment centres, and boost safety for delivery personnel amid growing competition from Flipkart, Meesho, and quick commerce players. The company also plans to launch tools for route planning, benefits tracking, and driver support.
