Trade Centre at BKC, developed by Wadhwa Developers, is recognised for its glass façade, double-level basement parking and premium amenities. The location offers strong connectivity to major road networks, railway lines and both domestic and international airports. The building hosts a diverse mix of prominent tenants across financial services, advisory and technology sectors.
Commenting on the development, Rohan Sheth said Bandra Kurla Complex continues to set the benchmark as Mumbai’s leading commercial destination, attracting global and domestic brands due to its accessibility and dynamic business ecosystem.
The transaction reflects sustained momentum in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, with continued interest from multinational companies and high-profile investors reinforcing confidence in the city’s role as India’s financial and corporate capital.
