Prozo, an integrated supply chain solutions provider, recorded 50 per cent year-on-year growth in FY2026, with its logistics business reaching an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over Rs 1.25 billion. The company reported a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 62 per cent since 2022, supported by the expansion of its logistics infrastructure and technology capabilities.
Prozo's multi-client fulfilment network has expanded to over 1.5 million sq ft across India. The company has remained EBITDA-positive for eight consecutive quarters and profit before tax (PBT)-positive for the last four quarters.
Serving brands across FMCG, apparel, beauty and personal care, home and kitchen, and industrial products, Prozo operates through third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) models.
Under its 3PL model, the company leases facilities, invests in infrastructure and directly manages warehouse operations. Its 4PL model involves partnerships with regional warehouse and logistics operators, supported by Prozo's technology, operational oversight and Control Tower capabilities.
The company currently operates more than 10 4PL fulfilment centres covering over 200,000 sq ft, serving brands including Traya, Plix and SolarSquare.
Prozo plans to establish a network of over 1,000 warehouses within three years, combining its 3PL and 4PL operations to strengthen its presence across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. The expansion aims to provide brands with access to distributed fulfilment infrastructure without requiring significant investment in their own logistics networks.
Technology remains central to Prozo's operations. Its ProWMS platform manages warehouse and fulfilment activities, while ProShip supports transportation workflows across direct-to-consumer (D2C), business-to-business (B2B) and other freight movements.
The company's Control Tower platform provides end-to-end visibility, service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring, exception management and operational oversight across multiple locations and logistics partners. Its systems also integrate with platforms including Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Vinculum and SAP.
Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO, Prozo, said, ""We have evolved from a warehousing business into an integrated supply chain platform spanning fulfilment, logistics and technology. Brands today are operating across multiple channels and geographies, each with different demand patterns, inventory requirements and SLAs. The challenge is therefore not only access to distributed infrastructure, but having visibility and control across the entire network. Our focus is to deepen our physical network, strengthen our execution technology and Control Tower capabilities, and give brands the flexibility and operating control they need as they scale.""
With its expanding fulfilment network and integrated technology platforms, Prozo aims to improve supply chain visibility, operational efficiency and market accessibility for brands across India.
