The issuance of a lookout notice against builder Lalit Tekchandani and his partners by the police has been prompted by cases of cheating and forgery, with buyers accusing them of failing to deliver flats despite receiving payments.
Two separate First Information Reports (FIRs) were lodged at Chembur and Taloja police stations against Tekchandani, his wife, Arun Makhija, Miza Hassan Ibrahim, and other directors of Supreme Constructions.
