Dalmia Cement begins production at Kapilas Cement Manufacturing Works

Dalmia Cement announced the commencement of commercial production of Line 2, having a capacity of 2.25 mt at its Kapilas Cement Manufacturing Works (KCMW) Unit near Cuttack, Odisha. With this addition, the company’s overall capacity at the plant has now gone up to 3.95 mt per annum. This development is in line with the company’s commitment towards fostering sustainable growth while also creating job opportunities in the region.Keeping in mind the philosophy of ‘Clean and Green is sustainable’, the company has deployed the latest machinery and technology at the KCMW unit and will be aiming to produce 

100 per cent blended cement.
