Puravankara to invest Rs.30 bn on 11 housing projects next year

Puravankara is planning to invest Rs.30 bn in FY21 to launch 11 housing projects. A total of 10.5 mn sq ft, with a mix of ultra-luxury, luxury and premium affordable housing projects is planned. Of these 11 projects, six are under the brand Puravankara (2.36 mn sq ft) and five under Provident (7.07 mn sq ft). The funding is a mix of internal accruals and debt. The company has successfully launched close to 2.5 mn sq ft through three projects - Provident Woodfield, Purva Atmosphere in Bengaluru and Purva Aspire in Pune. The company is to launch its fourth project for FY21, ‘Emerald Bay’, at Purva Silversand in Pune.
