Arun Kumar, Managing Director, Tandem Allied Services, who holds a post graduate degree in Economics and Marketing, has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has successfully executed the challenge of acquiring 70 acre for a mega project by a large builder in Bengaluru. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as a preferred one for NRIs. Moreover, Kumar has also been a founder member of BRAI, a platform to address issues on realty broking. He strongly believes that there is an urgent need to streamline the industry with the help of licensing and other entry barriers in order to make the system more reliable and accountable.
