Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed an
agreement with Plaza Premium Group (PPG), a Hong Kong-based global airport
hospitality services provider, to create an end-to-end digital platform that
will enhance the customer experience and operating excellence at PPG’s 70
airport sites that serve 20 million passengers yearly. The partnership
concentrates on reimagining the end-to-end airport travel experience across
three core sectors: employee experience, operational excellence and customer
experience.The new Passenger Services Technology Platform is targeted at
improving customer experience by facilitating reservations for different services
at PPG’s lounges and other hospitality outlets.
