RITES Ltd and CMPDI have signed an MoU to jointly explore mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects in India and abroad. The partnership will focus on consultancy assignments and submitting proposals for domestic and international mining and evacuation projects. RITES, a Navaratna firm, will leverage its global experience and logistics expertise to support CMPDI, a Coal India subsidiary. The alliance aims to strengthen RITES’ presence in mining consultancy and renewable infrastructure. Meanwhile, RITES' board will meet on August 6 to review Q1 FY2026 financial results.
