Pace Digitek subsidiary Lineage Power (LPPL) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India (MEGMEET) under which MEGMEET will act as a strategic supplier of AI data centre power systems and related products to LPPL. The agreement covers technical support, product upgrades, training and lifecycle after-sales services, with sales to be executed through mutually agreed purchase orders. The arrangement builds on an existing telecom power relationship and extends the collaboration into AI data centre power infrastructure.

LPPL will integrate MEGMEET products with its established Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and system integration capabilities to offer comprehensive power solutions for artificial intelligence deployments. The combined offering is aimed at addressing system reliability, modularity and lifecycle management requirements that are critical for high availability data centre operations. Technical support and training components are designed to enhance local engineering capacity and accelerate deployment timelines. The collaboration will also support customised solutions for medium and large customers seeking scalable power architectures.

The cooperation envisages coordinated product upgrades and joint technical roadmaps to ensure interoperability and future proofing of power systems as compute demands evolve. After-sales services and lifecycle management provisions are included to support maintenance, spare parts provisioning and performance benchmarking across installations. Procurement will proceed on a purchase order basis to align supply volumes with project needs and delivery schedules.

Industry participants said the partnership aligns with broader market demand for integrated power and storage solutions tailored for AI workloads and large-scale compute facilities. LPPL and MEGMEET will pursue collaborative testing and qualification of systems to meet sector standards and client specifications. Stakeholders will monitor deployment outcomes and feedback to refine service levels and product specifications over time.
