The company operates a 4.8 gigawatt (GW) module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana, and is developing a greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha with four gigawatt (GW) of module capacity and 4.8 gigawatt (GW) of solar cell capacity. These facilities underpin its supply capability for large projects.
The use of TOPCon bifacial glass?glass modules in utility-scale installations is designed to enhance generation per unit area by capturing irradiance on both faces. Saatvik Green Energy will execute the order through its existing and planned manufacturing capacity as part of its wider strategy to serve domestic independent power producers and scale deliveries for large rooftop and ground mounted schemes. The company's announcement follows its ongoing expansion of module and cell capacity.
