The order, the company said, will be executed by March 2027 and covers the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules to the contracting party. The company further noted that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and is not subject to arm's length considerations.

The value of the order converts to Rs 4.76 billion, equivalent to 4.76 bn, and represents a significant commercial engagement for the material subsidiary. Saatvik Green Energy Limited said the order forms part of its ongoing activities in the renewable energy equipment supply chain and is expected to contribute to the subsidiary's order book through the execution period.
