Suzlon Wins 100.8 MW Wind Project from Sunsure Energy

Suzlon has secured a 100.8 MW wind energy contract from Sunsure Energy, marking the latter’s debut in the wind sector. The EPC project will be developed in Jath, Maharashtra, featuring 48 S120 turbines of 2.1 MW each, mounted on Hybrid Lattice Towers. Suzlon will oversee supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The project enhances Sunsure’s renewable portfolio and supports its goal of achieving 10 GW of clean energy capacity by 2030. Executives from both firms hailed the partnership as a key step in delivering round-the-clock green power and advancing India’s renewable energy goals.
