Terra Clean Limited has issued a request for proposals for land aggregation to support a 350 megawatt (MW) Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected solar energy project in Andhra Pradesh. The RFP invites experienced land aggregators, developers and contractors to identify suitable contiguous land parcels for the project. The procurement forms part of the company's wider efforts to expand renewable energy generation and reinforce transmission infrastructure.

The project site is proposed in the vicinity of the Krishnagiri (Kurnool V) ISTS pooling substation in Krishnagiri Taluka of Kurnool district. Selecting land adjacent to an existing interstate transmission substation is expected to simplify power evacuation and improve integration of the electricity generated into the national grid. Efficient transmission through the ISTS network should allow clean energy to be delivered to regions with high demand.

The selected bidder will be responsible for consolidating contiguous parcels that meet technical, legal and environmental requirements and for managing negotiations with landowners. The scope includes delivery of clear, encumbrance-free land through purchase or long-term lease agreements and handling documentation and regulatory compliance. Proper execution of land aggregation is expected to reduce delays during construction and future operations. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience in land acquisition and a strong local presence.
