Reinforcing its long-term focus on southern India, CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has inaugurated its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in Tiruchirappalli. Strategically located on the Trichy–Dindugal Road, the facility will cater to key construction markets across central and southern Tamil Nadu.

Spread over about 5,300 sq ft, the Brandstore features two service bays, a dedicated workshop and a warehouse stocking nearly 700 parts lines, supported by trained engineers, service vans and advanced diagnostic tools.

Senior leadership highlighted India’s strategic importance to CASE’s global operations, noting that the new Brandstore enhances proximity to customers and strengthens service responsiveness. The Tiruchirappalli outlet will showcase Stage V-compliant machines and provide genuine parts support across Tamil Nadu, complemented by additional spare parts support from the Tirunelveli branch.

CASE has been present in India since 1989 and continues to be a market leader in the vibratory compactor segment and a leading player in backhoe loaders.
