The new hotel comprises 65 well-appointed rooms and will operate in two phases, with the first phase commencing on the opening date. It lies close to SUM Hospital, major transit points and cultural landmarks such as Khandagiri and Udayagiri Caves. The property offers convenient connections, being approximately eight km from Biju Patnaik International Airport and 11 km from Bhubaneswar Railway Station.

50 rooms alongside a multi-cuisine coffee shop branded Citrus Café, a pool bar and grill, banquet and conference spaces, a swimming pool and a fitness centre opened as part of the first phase. The remaining 15 rooms will be delivered in a subsequent phase. Company executives indicated that the location is chosen to address diversified demand from the city's evolving IT, healthcare and education ecosystems.
