Omaxe has announced a Rs 12 Billion investment to develop a 450-acre integrated township in Indore’s Super Corridor. The multi-phase project will include residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare zones, and is expected to generate Rs 25 billion in revenue over three years. With this, Omaxe strengthens its presence in Madhya Pradesh, where it already holds a 1,170-acre land bank. The development aligns with ongoing regional infrastructure upgrades, positioning Indore as a fast-growing Tier-II urban hub.
