RMZ has appointed Tata Projects to execute the main civil works for RMZ Infinity, a commercial office development in Porur, Chennai, under a ₹6.70 billion contract. The 16.4-acre project will comprise four office towers with a combined built-up area of 3.54 million sq ft and leasable area of 2.94 million sq ft. Tata Projects will undertake civil, structural, architectural, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, common-area finishing and external works. It targets multinational occupiers and Global Capability Centres.
