Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, through its subsidiary, has been appointed to redevelop a commercial shopping complex in Juhu, Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value of ₹16 billion. The proposed commercial and retail project will have a total carpet area of about 346,000 sq ft. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of FY28, while completion is targeted within three to four years from commencement. The project expands the company’s redevelopment portfolio in Mumbai.
