Trump Towers Hyderabad has been launched on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet by Tribeca Developers in collaboration with Ira Realty. The luxury residential development will comprise two 65-storey towers rising approximately 800 feet and connected by a suspended sky bridge at the 28th floor. Above the bridge a landscaped club floor known as the Trump Club will occupy space spanning both towers and will offer open views of the city on every side. The project is being presented as bringing the Trump standard of luxury, design and service to Hyderabad.

The development will include more than 450 residences, encompassing three point five-BHK and four-BHK homes and a collection of double-height simplex residences. The developers reported that the project has secured RERA registration and that Expressions of Interest are open, with early registrants to receive priority allocation ahead of a formal sales launch. The scale and configuration of the homes are being positioned to appeal to buyers seeking high-end branded residences in the city. No construction timeline was specified in the launch material.

The Trump Organisation vice-president Eric Trump described India as one of the world’s most exciting luxury real estate markets and indicated confidence that the Hyderabad project will become an iconic address. Tribeca Developers founder Kalpesh Mehta noted that every Trump Tower the firm has delivered in India has established itself as a prominent local address and that the partnership aims to replicate that outcome in Hyderabad. The companies have highlighted branded services, design credentials and the club amenity as key differentiators of the offering.

Expressions of Interest are being invited from prospective buyers and the developer communications indicated priority will be given to early registrants during allocation. The launch announcement emphasised the project’s placement on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet and its combination of height, sky bridge amenity and branded club facilities as central features. Further sales and construction details are expected to be released at the formal sales launch.
