LTM Joins IIT Kharagpur To Build AI Training Programmes
LTM's AI transformation reflects the convergence of deep domain expertise and technology capabilities, driving continuous upskilling and reskilling across the workforce. The targeted programmes will be delivered through modular coursework, practical problem solving sessions, and capstone projects that simulate client scenarios. Participants will gain applied knowledge in data driven methods, machine learning workflows, and deployment practices relevant to industry use cases.
LTM's chief delivery officer Gururaj Deshpande described the collaboration as a commitment to talent transformation that combines academic excellence with real world application and said continuous skill development is essential for workforce relevance, resilience and preparedness in an AI driven landscape. Prof Niloy Ganguly, head of the department of computer science and engineering at IIT Kharagpur, said the institute would work closely with LTM to create and offer learning programmes and research opportunities in artificial intelligence and related domains. The partners indicated that initiatives will be aligned with client priorities and that curricula may be refined as technology and market requirements evolve.
