The Board of Directors has elevated long-serving Chairman Shapoorji Mistry to the honorary position of Chairman Emeritus, while Krishnamurthy Subramanian has been appointed as Executive Chairman. Additionally, Pallon S Mistry has been inducted to the Board, marking a generational shift in the group’s engagement with Afcons.
Shapoorji Mistry, who has served on the Afcons Board for over 25 years, including 13 years as Chairman, will now step into a non-board advisory role. As Chairman Emeritus, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and mentorship, ensuring the continuity of Afcons’ professional governance and long-term vision.
The Board credited Shapoorji Mistry with playing a pivotal role in Afcons’ growth trajectory between FY2012 and FY2025.
