Fusion Klassroom Edutech has received a domestic work order valued at Rs. 13.5 mn, excluding applicable goods and services tax, for educational video content development and production. The company disclosed the award in a regulatory filing dated 23 September 2026, without identifying the customer because of contractual confidentiality obligations.

The order has been placed by a reputed private company based in Bengaluru. The engagement covers content and production services for courses and topics relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), banking, finance and other skill-based areas. The work is intended to support the development of structured learning material in video format.

Under the engagement, Fusion Klassroom Edutech will prepare learning materials, record educational sessions and develop the final video learning content. Invoicing will be linked to accepted deliveries on a course-by-course basis, while payments are due within 30 days of receipt of the relevant invoice. These arrangements connect billing to the completion and acceptance of individual course deliverables.

The contract is scheduled to be executed by 31 March 2027, subject to its terms. The company said the order was awarded by a domestic entity and did not involve an international customer. It also disclosed that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and that the contract does not fall within related party transactions.
