Fusion Klassroom Edutech has received a work order valued at Rs. 13.5 mn from a domestic private company based in Bengaluru. The contract covers development and production of educational video content across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Banking, Finance and other skill-related courses and topics. The customer’s name has not been disclosed because of contractual confidentiality obligations.

The engagement includes preparing learning materials, recording educational sessions and developing final video learning content. The company will invoice the customer against accepted deliveries on a course-by-course basis, with payments due within 30 days of receipt of each invoice.

The order is to be executed by 31 March 2027, subject to the terms of the contract. The disclosed consideration of Rs. 13.5 mn is exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. The filing did not identify any additional material terms beyond the delivery-linked invoicing and payment arrangements.

Fusion Klassroom Edutech said the order had been awarded by a domestic entity and confirmed that the contract was not an international engagement. It also stated that the company’s promoter, promoter group and group companies had no interest in the customer awarding the contract.

The company further confirmed that the arrangement did not fall within related party transactions. The disclosure was submitted to the stock exchange under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The filing was dated 23 September 2026 and was made under the applicable disclosure requirements for material orders and contracts.
