Fusion Klassroom Edutech has received a work order worth Rs. 13.5 mn from a Bengaluru-based domestic private company for educational video content development and production services. The company disclosed the order to BSE under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s listing regulations on 23 September 2026.

The engagement covers content across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Banking, Finance and other skill-related courses and topics. The services include preparing learning materials, recording educational sessions and developing final video-based learning content for the customer.

According to the disclosure, invoicing will be linked to accepted deliveries on a course-by-course basis. Payments are due within 30 days of the receipt of each invoice, while the contract is scheduled to be executed by 31 March 2027, subject to its terms.

The order value is exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. Fusion Klassroom Edutech said the customer’s identity was not disclosed because of contractual confidentiality obligations, describing it only as a reputed domestic private company based in Bengaluru.

The company also stated that its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. It confirmed that the engagement does not constitute a related-party transaction. The order is focused on producing structured educational video material for professional and skills-based learning programmes, expanding the company’s work in digital education content services.
