GPT Infraprojects, the flagship company of GPT Group, has secured a contract to manufacture and supply mono block pre-stressed concrete line sleepers for a project in Bangladesh.

Based in Kolkata, GPT Infraprojects operates through two divisions: infrastructure and sleepers. The company specialises in civil and infrastructure projects, particularly large bridges and railway overbridges (ROBs). In the sleepers segment, it manufactures and supplies concrete sleepers for railways in India and Africa.

In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025, GPT Infraprojects posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 242.4 million, marking a rise of 49.72 per cent compared to the same period last year. Revenue increased by 29.06 per cent to Rs 3.74 billion in Q4 FY25 versus Q4 FY24.

Following the positive results, the company’s share price rose 3.68 per cent to close at Rs 129.60 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
