HUDCO Sanctions Rs 462 Billion Loans In Q3 FY26

Housing and Urban Development Corporation has sanctioned loans of more than Rs 462 billion during the third quarter of the current financial year, underlining strong momentum in housing and urban infrastructure financing.

In a regulatory filing, HUDCO said cumulative loan sanctions during the April–December period stood at Rs 1,391.52 billion. Of this, Rs 461.67 billion was sanctioned in the third quarter alone, reflecting sustained demand from housing and urban development projects.

Loan disbursements during the first nine months of the fiscal reached Rs 413.47 billion on a provisional basis, subject to audit. Disbursements in the third quarter amounted to Rs 155.08 billion, the company said.

HUDCO primarily finances housing and urban infrastructure projects across India, supporting state governments and public sector agencies in expanding affordable housing, civic amenities and urban development.
