The company has a sizeable land bank and is building a three to five year development pipeline to ensure sustained growth visibility. The strategy emphasises selective expansion across high growth markets while strengthening presence in Nagpur.

Management attributed the performance to operating leverage from a land led model, improved project execution, higher absorption across developments and timely monetisation of inventory. The chairman highlighted capital efficiency and customer trust while the managing director emphasised faster project timelines and flexible development structures to improve returns and cash flows. The company will continue to scale with attention to governance and sustainability.

Looking ahead, the company expects to sustain momentum through land acquisitions, disciplined capital allocation and diversification across formats, supported by the visible three to five year pipeline. The outlook is subject to industry and macroeconomic risks and forward looking statements are subject to uncertainty. Investors are advised to consider these risks when assessing future performance.
