Under the payment terms up to 80 per cent of the supply portion will be made on proof of inspection certificate and provisional physical receipt certificate. The balance payment of 20 per cent of the supply portion together with 100 per cent installation charges will be released after receipt and acceptance of stores by the consignee based on the installation certificate issued by the competent authority. The firm indicated that these terms align with the general conditions for the stores department of the railway.
Delivery is scheduled to be completed on or before 30 November 2026 and the company has set that as the contractual completion date. The work order was received on 24 August 2026 through email at 05:45 pm and the company reported no delay in reporting the receipt. The notice recorded the order as a new contract for the company.
Airfloa stated that the contract does not involve related party transactions and that there is no interest of promoters or promoter group in the awarding entity. The announcement follows regulatory disclosure requirements under SEBI listing obligations and the company provided requisite details such as GST and corporate identity numbers in its filing. The company secretary and compliance officer authorised the disclosure.
