Landmark Emerges L1 For Mumbai Metro Line 2B Stations
MMRDA invited bids for the contract, with technical bids opened on August 14, 2025. Eight firms participated, but four bids were rejected during the technical evaluation on the same day. Financial bids were subsequently opened, and following evaluation on December 12, three more bids were rejected, resulting in Landmark Corporation being identified as the lowest bidder.
According to the financial bid details, Landmark Corporation quoted Rs 1,512 million, while other bidders included Gawar Construction Limited at Rs 1,879 million, Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Co Ltd at Rs 1,754 million, and M/s J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd at Rs 1,854 million.
The scope of work includes architectural finishing works such as interior fit-outs, design and construction of external façades, water supply and sanitary installations, and drainage systems. These works will be carried out across seven elevated stations on the ESIC Nagar to Bandra stretch of the Metro Line 2B corridor.
