Innovision Secures LoA Worth Rs 303.7 mn From NHAI

Innovision has secured a Letter of Award worth around Rs 30.37 crore (Rs 303.7 million, Rs 303.7 mn) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract is for engagement as user fee agency following competitive bidding at the Manambadi fee plaza on the Sethiyathope-Cholpauram section of National Highway 36 in Tamil Nadu and for upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping of consumable items. The order is to be executed within one year.

In intraday trade the company was trading at Rs 275.10, up by 28.25 points or 11.44 per cent from the previous close of Rs 246.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs 296.20 and touched a high of Rs 296.20 and a low of Rs 267.55 during the session, with 31687 shares traded on the counter.

The BSE group B stock with a face value of Rs 10 recorded a 52 week high of Rs 468.60 on 23 March 2026 and a 52 week low of Rs 245.10 on 28 August 2026. Over the past week the share traded between Rs 296.20 and Rs 245.10, reflecting short term volatility around the time of the contract announcement.

The company’s current market capitalisation stood at Rs 648.91 crore, equivalent to Rs 6.4891 billion (Rs 6.4891 bn). Promoter holding was 74.17 per cent while institutions held 5.59 per cent and non-institutions held 20.24 per cent.

The LoA provides near term revenue visibility for the company as it undertakes the fee collection and facility maintenance work and the contractual timeline of one year will concentrate execution into a defined period. The award followed competitive bidding and the company will proceed to implement the services as specified by the authority.
