Innovision has received a Letter of Award (LoA) and work order engagement as user fee agency from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) after competitive bidding through an e-tender for the IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas on the six laning of the Indore-Dewas section of NH-3 in Madhya Pradesh. The assignment covers toll collection duties and the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping consumable items. The contract is valued at Rs 219.07 crore, equivalent to Rs 2,190.7 million (mn). The company will proceed with implementation in line with the award terms.

The scope requires Innovision to operate the designated fee plazas as a user fee agency and to manage routine upkeep tasks at the plazas and nearby facilities. Contractual responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and restocking consumables at the toilet blocks alongside uninterrupted fee collection operations. The arrangement is intended to support continuous highway services along the specified corridor. The fee plazas identified as IDTL A and IDTL B form part of the six-laning project on NH-3.

The award followed a competitive e-tender process overseen by the National Highways Authority of India, signalling a procurement route based on open bidding. The Letter of Award formalises Innovision's role and sets out operational and service obligations that the company must fulfil.
