As per the filing annexure the contract will be governed by standard Indian Railways tender conditions and related contractual terms and the company outlined a staged payment structure for the project. 90 per cent payment will be released against PRC and inspection certificate documentation, with the remaining amount together with installation charges payable after certification by the Mechanical Department.
