Shaw Contract launches the India InStock Program

Shaw Contract , the global commercial division of the US-based Shaw Industries Group Inc., has launched the first-of-its-kind India InStock Program.

The new initiative is designed to hold ready inventory so that India-based architects, interior designers and project management consultants and the extended community is assured of a delivery speed that matches their flooring design instincts and tight schedules. Customers can explore a wide variety of Shaw Contract’s product collections and crunch the time needed to meet the rapid timelines of the Indian market.

To facilitate this in-stock program, the company has set up a duty-free warehouse (FTWZ) in Chennai, along with duty paid warehouses in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The India InStock Program facilitates shorter lead times and lower freight costs for smaller quantities. Quantities (ranging from 300 – 4,000 Sq,Mt per SKU, subject to availability) are available for shipment from our warehouse. The program fast tracks design for projects that demand fast turnarounds without compromising creativity. All the FTWZ transactions will be done in INR to avail duty benefits and billing will be addressed to the company's local legal entity: Shaw Floors India.

Shaw Contract has selected 15 collections, 23 styles and 62 colourways for the program. The selection is based on the latest trends and innovations in India’s design ecosystem. The India InStock Program covers both carpet tiles and hard surface products lines from Shaw Contract’s portfolio.

Some of the collections in the India InStock Program include:

Campus
Living Systems
Simply by Nature
