Kalpataru has launched Kalpataru Vivant, a luxury residential project on Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), Mumbai. The project is spread over 6.2 acre and will be developed in phases. The first phase will comprise of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK residences and is expected to be ready for possession by 2026. Nearly 1,000 residences will be available for sale in the entire development, with 274 residences in the first phase alone.
