VBHC launches housing project in Bengaluru

Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC) launched its first housing project in Bengaluru. It will offer apartments between Rs 4.5 lakh and Rs 10 lakh. The project Vaibhava involves development of 1.1 mn sq ft, consisting of 1,904 apartments, primary health centre, a school, commercial complex, etc. The first phase of the project will consist of nearly 400 units between 354 sq ft and 640 sq ft.

Apart from Bengaluru, VBHC is looking forward at the National Capital Region, Hyderabad, Chennai and tier-II cities like Nashik and Surat. It aims to build one million homes in 10 years. The company intends to develop affordable homes. It is likely to launch its second project by this year-end.
