VGN launches residential project

VGN Developers is strengthening its presence in Chennai and as part of this effort the real estate firm recently launched a premium residential project, VGN Coasta, on the East Coast Road.

The project was recently launched by the Chennai Super Kings’ captain MS Dhoni. It may be noted that the real estate company is a principal sponsor of the Indian Premier League franchise for three years.

VGN is aggressively stepping up its presence in key markets in the city and Coasta is one such initiative. With over 80 apartments coming up on a 2-acre site, as part of a high rise tower, it is looking at catering to the high-end, second home buyer. ECR has emerged a major residential market for second homes and weekend getaways.

With apartments priced between Rs 2 crore and Rs 3 crore, VGN is offering the comforts of a star-category hotel including a restaurant to match, spa, mini-theatre, pool and indoor game facilities.
