AGM Vijaylaxmi launches Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark

AGM Vijaylaxmi Group has launched Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark, a mixed-use commercial development in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The project includes contemporary office spaces and a high-street retail component designed to support businesses, retailers and professionals.

Located along the Western Express Highway, Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark is planned as a G+25-storey commercial tower. It offers office spaces ranging from 545 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft, with a 3.60 metre floor-to-floor height aimed at improving spatial comfort, natural light and operational efficiency.

The project features a high-street retail boulevard at the base, with space for retail outlets, cafés, restaurants and convenience stores. It also includes a double-height designer lobby, high-speed elevators, parking facilities and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Goregaon East has become an important commercial micro-market in Mumbai, supported by access to the Western Express Highway, Goregaon Metro Station and Goregaon Railway Station. The area is also close to established business centres such as NESCO IT Park and Nirlon Knowledge Park.

The location is expected to benefit from ongoing infrastructure upgrades, including metro expansion, improved arterial roads, the upcoming Goregaon-Mulund Link Road and future Coastal Road connectivity. These projects are expected to improve access to Andheri, Powai and Bandra Kurla Complex.

The developers said the project is aimed at SMEs, MSMEs, IT companies, startups and modern professionals seeking flexible and well-connected commercial spaces. With professional property management, the project is expected to support leasing, facility management and tenant services.

Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark is positioned as a commercial destination combining office, retail and lifestyle amenities within Goregaon East’s growing business ecosystem.

"Join industry leaders at RAHSTA Expo, India's premier platform for roads, highways and traffic infrastructure. Register now to explore innovations, network with experts and shape the future of mobility."
