Alliance Sea Breeze set for possession by end-2026

Alliance City Developers Realtors has announced that its luxury residential redevelopment project, Alliance Sea Breeze, in Santacruz West has entered the final phase of construction, with possession scheduled by the end of 2026.

Launched in October 2024, the nine-storey boutique residential project is among the first standalone developments of its scale in Mumbai to adopt Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction technology. The company said the technology has been used to improve construction precision, structural quality and execution timelines.

The project comprises 4BHK residences featuring column-free layouts that provide greater flexibility in interior planning. The monolithic concrete construction is designed to enhance structural strength, improve earthquake resistance and deliver smoother wall finishes.

Commenting on the milestone, Ankita Luharuka, CEO, Alliance City Developers Realtors, said the project reflects the company's focus on delivering homes within committed timelines while maintaining construction quality.

Located on East Cross Lane in Santacruz West, the project offers connectivity to Santacruz railway station, the domestic airport, Nanavati Hospital, Juhu Beach and Carter Road. Amenities include a landscaped terrace garden, gymnasium, air-conditioned entrance lobby, Mitsubishi elevators, Kohler bathroom fittings, double-glazed windows, video door phones and CCTV surveillance.

Alliance Sea Breeze forms part of the developer's redevelopment portfolio across Mumbai. The company recently secured the Occupation Certificate for Alliance Eternis in Borivali West, while Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East and Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West are approaching completion. Established in 2010, Alliance City Developers has undertaken 19 redevelopment projects, completed 14 developments and delivered over 1.2 million sq ft of residential space to more than 700 families.
