B L Kashyap Secures Rs 1.83 bn Residential Building Contract

B. L. Kashyap and Sons (B. L. Kashyap) has secured a contract valued at Rs 1,831.8 million (Rs 1.83 bn) for civil and structural works on a residential building. The order was awarded by Realkraft Ventures LLP (Century Group) and was disclosed in company filings. The contract value is the converted figure from the announced Rs 183.18 crore and represents a domestic construction assignment. The company will execute the project under the agreed drawings and specifications.

The scope covers execution of civil and structural works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and the agreed scope of work. B. L. Kashyap indicated that it will complete the project within 18 months from the date of the order and that a Letter of Intent was received and accepted on 19 August 2026. Project scheduling, materials procurement and mobilisation are to be carried out as per contract terms and the company will proceed under the stipulated timelines.

The company described the assignment as a domestic project with both the awarding entity and the execution located in India. B. L. Kashyap confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in Realkraft Ventures LLP and that the order does not constitute a related party transaction. The firm noted that the contract was not a related party engagement and that internal governance procedures were followed in accepting the assignment.
