Big FM Realty to deliver Phase 1 of UNIMAXX City

Big FM Realty has announced that Phase 1 of its integrated township project, Big UNIMAXX City, is nearing completion and will be delivered within the next 2–3 months.

The phase spans approximately 2 lakh sq ft and includes 170 residential units within the larger 72-acre development. Planned as a gated township along the Lucknow–Bahraich highway, the project integrates essential infrastructure with lifestyle amenities such as landscaped green spaces, clubhouse facilities, sports zones, and 24×7 water and safety systems.

Commenting on the development, Nitin Shrivastava, Managing Partner, Big FM Realty, said, “Our focus has always been on building communities that stand the test of time… This phase is not just about handing over units; it’s about enabling a lifestyle that feels complete from day one.”

The project’s location is supported by improving regional infrastructure, including the ongoing four-laning of NH-927, expected to significantly enhance connectivity between Lucknow and the Nepal border and reduce travel time between Lucknow and Bahraich.
