The order was awarded by Fidatocity Homes for the development of a large-scale residential group housing project. The planned construction will cover approximately 28.30 lakh sq ft of built-up area, reflecting the considerable scale of the undertaking. The project is scheduled to be completed within an estimated timeframe of 33 months.
