Brigade Group Launches Brigade Belvedere

Brigade Group has launched Brigade Belvedere, a residential development on 10.75-acre land on Budigere Main Road off Old Madras Road in East Bengaluru. The initial phase comprises two of five planned towers and 773 premium residential units, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 11 billion (bn). The project is positioned to meet growing demand for high-quality, sustainable housing near the city’s major IT corridors and commercial hubs.

The development offers one, two and three BHK configurations with sizes ranging from 715 sq ft to over 2,013 sq ft. Brigade said that it has an extensive presence in the corridor, with marquee mixed-use developments nearby, and that the Budigere and OMR micro markets are witnessing growth driven by improved infrastructure and connectivity. The company added that its focus will remain on delivering climate-resilient, technologically advanced homes that ensure long-term value and that the project forms part of organisation-wide efforts to be net zero by 2045.

Brigade Belvedere provides residents with access to major corporate offices, hotels, reputable educational institutions and healthcare facilities, and it is located close to high-street retail and shopping malls including Orion Uptown. The units are designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with expansive decks that provide a private outdoor retreat. Lifestyle amenities include a 24,000 sq ft Grand Clubhouse and an additional 6,000 sq ft of facilities to support fitness and leisure.

Established in 1986, Brigade Group has developed landmark buildings and projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City across residential, office, retail, hospitality and education sectors. The company said the launch is intended to reinforce its position in the region and to offer long-term value for customers and stakeholders. Further information is available on the company website and through investor relations contacts.
