Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures Rs 5,370 mn LOI From TenX Realty

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a letter of intent from TenX Realty Limited, acting on behalf of Raymond Limited, for construction work in Thane West. The firm said the total contract value was Rs 5,370 million (mn) excluding GST for the construction of Towers F, G and NTA and a retail building under the Address by GS-3 Project and the Invictus-2 Project. The announcement was made in Mumbai on 26 February 2026.

The managing director, Rahul Katyal, said that the company was pleased to receive repeat orders from Raymond Limited's realty division through TenX Realty Limited and that the work reflected a strengthening partnership. He added that the company had a strong track record of project delivery and was confident in meeting timelines and exceeding client expectations. The release said that the order reinforced the firm's focus on expanding its portfolio with quality projects.

The scope of work covers civil construction for residential towers and associated retail space and will require coordinated project management and quality control measures across the sites. Capacit'e will deploy its project management teams and execution capabilities to adhere to specified timelines and standards set by the client. The contract value excludes goods and services tax and the company will align contractual invoicing and compliance accordingly.

Capacit'e noted that the order supports its ongoing order book and provides visibility on near term execution opportunities in the Mumbai metropolitan region. The company said that successful delivery would enhance its reputation in residential and mixed use developments and could lead to further engagements with marquee clients.
