Cascades Neopolis Partners With Spa L’Occitane

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP has partnered with Spa L’Occitane en Provence for The Cascades Neopolis, its Rs 31.69 billion residential project in Hyderabad. The collaboration will bring a Provençal-inspired better-being sanctuary to future residents, combining the wellness heritage of Haute-Provence with contemporary urban living.

The Spa L’Occitane en Provence facility will be operated in India by Sanghvi Brands Limited, in line with the Maison’s global standards. The spa is planned as a restorative space within the 63-storey, 217-metre-tall residential development, equivalent to about 712 ft, at Neopolis. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2030.

The spa experience will focus on natural textures, warm finishes, soft lighting and curated treatments designed to promote comfort, calm and renewal. Its menu will include signature treatments developed by Spa L’Occitane en Provence’s in-house experts, supported by product expertise, testing and efficacy validation through its laboratories and research partners.

The offering will be built around four holistic pillars: Longevity, Regeneration, Balance and Vitality. These will focus on skin rejuvenation, improved rest, emotional balance and the restoration of mental and physical energy.

The Cascades Neopolis is also working with global design and engineering partners including UHA London, Coopers Hill Singapore, Studio HBA Singapore, Buro Happold and Quintessentially. The partnership with Spa L’Occitane en Provence adds to the project’s focus on creating premium residential experiences centred on wellness, comfort and community living.
